PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment monitoring control system which prevents wrong equipment control when weather forecast is off the mark although weather information is utilized, and can perform control of installed equipment considering circumstances of site where the equipment is installed. SOLUTION: The equipment monitoring control system acquires the weather forecast information continuously from a weather information providing means 8 and stores it in a weather information DB 51, and compares control plan information and the weather forecast information in a control plan information DB 52 and the present status of installed equipment in customer premise equipment 1 installed in a building. When the weather forecast information is in agreement with a meteorological condition of the control plan information, equipment status condition of the installed equipment and status of the installation equipment detected by a monitor part 42 are compared, and when the status is different, this information is transmitted to user terminal equipment 2 and 12 as report information.
