PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer which can reduce vibration caused by the rotation of a rotary drum. SOLUTION: This washing dryer W carries out its drying operation of an item to be dried in a containing room 10 constructed in an inner drum 5 of a drum main body D which comprises an outer drum 2 and the inner drum 5 as a rotary drum placed in the outer drum 2. This dryer has a cooling medium circuit 95 which sequentially connects a compressor 81, a gas cooler 82 as a radiator, an expansion valve (a decompression device) 84 and an evaporator 85 circularly and an air circulating path 72 is for discharging air heat-exchanged with the gas cooler 82 into the containing room 10 with a blower fan 83 as an air-flowing means and heat-exchanging the air through the containing room 10 with the evaporator 85.
