PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce malfunction of a change-over valve opening and closing a delivery port by preventing foreign matter contained in flowing water from clinging to a coil part of a spring. SOLUTION: A motor consists of a stator 12 and a rotor 20 provided with a magnet 22 and an impeller 23, and a pump includes a water suction port 32 and two delivery ports 31, 32 and delivers liquid while selecting one of the delivery ports 31, 32 depending on a rotation direction of the impeller 23. The delivery port 32 includes a rotatable change-over valve 50 opening and closing the delivery port 32 while synchronizing with existence of delivery from the delivery port 32. The change-over valve 50 consists of a valve body 52 including a cover part 54 closing the delivery port 32 and a shaft parts 53a, 53b rotating the valve body 52. The pump 1 has the shaft part 53b provided with a twist coil spring 55 elastically energizing the change-over valve 50 to a rotation direction is provided with covers 56, 57 covering an outer circumference part of a coil part 58 of the twist coil spring 55.
