<p>In a burn-in apparatus, after a burn-in board whereupon a multitude of DUTs are mounted is stored in a burn-in chamber, a temperature adjusting board is moved down, a temperature adjusting array attached to the temperature adjusting board is brought into contact with the corresponding DUT, and burn-in test is performed. The burn-in apparatus is provided with a push-pull apparatus having a movable body which advances and retracts in a horizontal direction to the board plane of the burn-in board; and a cam mechanism, which is composed of an inclined cam for lifting a lifting board by converting the advancing and retracting movement of the mobile body into lifting movement, and a cam follower. Since the push-pull apparatus for lifting the temperature adjusting board in the burn-in apparatus can be reduced in sizes, the burn-in apparatus having smaller sizes can be provided.</p> |
