<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation abnorality detector for a motor which can detect the operation abnormality of the motor, by simple and low-cost structure. <P>SOLUTION: The detector which detects the operation abnormality of the motor 1 that is driven by receiving power from a power input line 4 is composed of an abnormality detection part 10 which detects the operation abnormality of the motor 1, a detection current generator 20 which generates an abnormality detection current in a power input line 4 in addition to a motor drive current flowing to the power input line 4 based on a signal from the abnormality detection part 10, and a detection current detecting part 30 which detects a current for the detection of the abnormality of the power input line 4. Since a detection signal of the operation abnormality can be sent by making use of the power input line, only a simple wiring structure suffices the detector, and the detector can be constructed by small labor and at low cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
