<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head lamp capable of obtaining a suitable light distribution pattern in a surer way. <P>SOLUTION: A condensing lens 20 is formed of a first lens 25 and a second lens 30. The first lens 25 has a focal distance shorter than that of the second lens 30 has, so that irradiation light from the first lens 25 diffuses, while that from the second lens 30 does not diffuse much. Furthermore, the first lens 25 is made positioned at a center of the condensing lens 20 in a right-and-left direction and downward from near the center in a top-and-bottom direction, and the second lens 30 is arranged around the first lens 25. With these, irradiation light from the second lens 30 is condensed and irradiated near the center in front of the vehicle. Therefore, luminous intensity near the center in front of the vehicle can be improved furthermore, and as a result, a suitable light distribution pattern can be obtained in the surer way. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
