<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for displaying a multilingual fixed phrase that can easily display a fixed phrase described by different languages on the basis of a fixed phrase described by the language of each country without using a complicated data structure, and to provide a method and program for displaying the multilingual fixed phrase. <P>SOLUTION: A Web server 100 stores different HTML files, respectively, as a "language selection file (page of translation) 1000 ", "dialogue selection file (page of Japanese) 2100 ", "translation term selection file (page of Japanese) 3110" and "translation display file (page of Chinese translation) 4312" constituting a Web site.
