PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood vermin-controlling composition that can reduce the adverse effect on human and livestock, can cope with problems such as prevention of water pollution, shows good permeability into timber and high insecticidal activity, particularly provide a termite killing composition having high termite-killing ability. SOLUTION: The wood vermin-controlling composition comprises (A) a neonicotinoid compound and (B) at least one kind of compound selected from the group consisting of macrolide compounds, thiourea compounds, and pyridine azomethine compounds.
