The brush has a hard plastic support (1) with a handle (2) and a brushing part (6). A slide (3), arranged on an upper side, receives a steel blade (4) having a cutting section and a sharp tooth on its respective sides. The blade is maintained in the slide, by screwing a wing nut on a standing bolt (5) whose threaded part is on a center of the slide. The blade has a hole to permit the adjustment, reversion and demounting of the blade. The brushing part is constituted by fibers or wires of a different composition.
