PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vertical travel of an adjusting screw without increasing the number of parts and assembly man-hour. SOLUTION: An inner frame 12 to which a wheel 11 is rotatably attached is attached to an outer frame 13 so as to turn freely in the vertical direction centered on a horizontal shaft to adjust up and down positions by the adjusting screw 14. A coil spring 15 for pressing the inner frame 12 upward is provided at the outer periphery of the adjusting screw 14, a locking part 15a formed in a lower end part of the coil spring 15 is locked in an inner peripheral part of a washer 16 to push the washer 16 in the direction of diameter, and its inner peripheral part is locked in a screw channel 14b at a lower end of the adjusting screw 14 to restrain the adjusting screw 14 so as to prevent its vertical travel.
