PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside grooved tube manufacturing device for which the speed of inside grooving work of a metal tube is increased without forming any incomplete groove or damaging an outer surface of the tube. SOLUTION: In the inside grooved tube manufacturing device to groove an inside wall of a tube by tightly pressing a grooving plug 5 against an inside wall of a metal tube 1 in a tube shrinking step, a plurality of rolls 16A-16F are used for pressing means from the outside of the tube, and each roll is arranged so as to be obliquely intersected with the axis parallel to the axis of the metal tube 1.
