<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor circulation type cooling device capable of increasing temperature difference, reducing air volume, miniaturizing the device, and saving energy. <P>SOLUTION: An air blower 1 is mounted at an air inlet side, a cooling coil 2 is mounted at its downstream side, and a vaporizing type humidifier 3 is mounted at a lower portion of the cooling coil 2. The cold water from a freezer having a temperature lower than a dew point temperature of an objective indoor air is directly supplied to the cooling coil 2. The vaporizing type humidifier 3 is mounted on a position where dew condensation water discharged from the cooling coil 2 drops from an upper portion of the vaporization type humidifier 3.
