PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings capable of securely preventing idle latching by a simple structure and improving crime prevention property. SOLUTION: Since an operation part 20 of a lock device 10 is provided in an indoor exposed face part 5C exposed on an indoor side while sashs 2, 3 are closed, idle latching can be securely prevented because the operation part 20 cannot be operated while the sashs 2, 3 are not closed. An idle latching condition can be determined even without a movable part such as a sensing part for sensing idle latching to simplify a structure of the lock device 10 and breakage of the lock device 10 can be prevented because the operation part 20 cannot be operated in the idle latching condition. Since the operation part 20 cannot be visually confirmed from the outdoor side and the sashs 2, 3 are not unlocked unless a plurality of locking parts 30 are unlocked, crime prevention property can be improved.
