The element (100) is used in a bone stabilizing arrangement in particular for a patient suffering from osteoporosis. It has a threaded shaft (102) and a head (101) with a surrounding groove (109) for a better adhesion of the bone substance. A transversal opening (110) in the head (101) facilitates the insertion of a stabilizing element. A fluid can be guided through an adapter (107) attached to the screw head (101) and guided through a central duct (105) in order to be released from an outlet (111,112,113) at the distal end.
