DATA READING CIRCUIT OF SOLID STATE IMAGE SENSOR, IMAGING APPARATUS AND DATA READING METHOD OF SOLID STATE IMAGE SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the circuit scale and current consumption of a data reading circuit without lowering the data reading rate. SOLUTION: A differential amplifier (AMP) has a first input terminal (inverted input terminal) being set with the voltage of a noise signal of a solid state image sensor (PC1), and a second input terminal (noninverted input terminal) being set with a temporary data signal superposed with the noise signal of the solid state image sensor. The differential amplifier inverts an output signal in response to exchange in magnitude of the voltage between the first and second input terminals. Measuring circuits (CNT, LC1) measure variation in voltage at the second input terminal after it began to vary in the magnitude exchanging direction of the voltage between the first and second input terminals until the output signal from the differential amplifier is inverted, and outputs the measurements as a digital value (Do) indicative of the voltage of an actual data signal obtained by removing the noise signal from the temporary data signal.
