PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely ideal collapsible/continuously connecting mechanism, by forming the left and right handles in a straight shape without bending vertically downward, as a new collapsible system and collapsibly supporting these handles by a handle post. SOLUTION: The inner end side of left and right handle bars 1 and 1 is pivoted on the tip of left and right arms 2a and 2a of a handle stem 2 of a plane U shape. A ring-shaped embracing holding body 3 capable of embracing and holding its both end parts, is provided in inner end side butting parts 1a and 1a of the left and right handle bars 1 and 1. A fixture 4 having an eccentric 4a is installed in the ring-shaped embracing holding body 3. When fastening a lever 4b of the fixture 4, the left and right handle bars 1 and 1 can be continuously connected and fixed by a ring-shaped part of the embracing holding body 3 by the action of the eccentric 4a, and the left and right handle bars 1 and 1 can be extended to the side. When moving the ring-shaped embracing holding body 3 by loosening the lever 4b of the fixture 4, a continuously connecting state in the inner end side butting parts 1a and 1a of the left and right handle bars 1 and 1 can be released, and the left and right handle bars 1 and 1 can be folded up in the horizontal direction.
