PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document with a sealing function which can be printed using various kinds of printers, and can allow simplifying of its pasting/sealing operation and enhancing of the operating efficiency, and the usage of the document. SOLUTION: The delivery slip 10 with a sealing function is formed of a support base 101 of e.g. a wood-free paper, a printing base 102 which is falsely bonded to the surface of the support base 101 in a freely releasable manner and includes suitability for printing to a printer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 104 formed on the back of the support base 101.
