The damper has a bind-like stretcher belt (2) having a loop-like section (3), in which two tape sections lie on one another (3a, 3b) and are sewn together in such a way that the sewn, loop-like section can take up a pre-determined static load. During a pre-determined dynamic load the sewing is broken and destroys the kinetic energy caused by a dynamic load. The sewn parts have connected tape sections of the stretcher belt in a transient area between the sewn and the not sewn areas (3, 5) in case a too high dynamic load is provided.
