PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method of an antenna mast and a foundation pillar and its structure which is in the form of supporting one antenna for radio by one foundation pillar by directly transferring the load of the antenna for radio, that is to say a vertical force, a shearing force and a bending moment, to the foundation pillar as the foundation of the antenna mast for radio. SOLUTION: The method is to connect the antenna mast for radio to one placement pillar supporting the antenna mast by using a transfer member, and a base plate is connected to the lower end of the antenna mast. Then the transfer member has a disc-shaped plate and a cylindrical member. The disc-shaped plate can be connected to the base plate by using a bolt and a nut, and one end of the cylindrical member is connected to the disc-shaped plate by welding beforehand. Then the lower end of the cylindrical member of the transfer member is connected to the top end of the placement pillar on an execution site, and subsequently the disc-shaped plate is connected to the base plate with a bolt and a nut.
