PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic controller which enables a plurality of control blocks for separately performing AD conversion of the same analog signal to obtain a highly accurate AD conversion result without being affected mutually by the AD conversion by the other control block. SOLUTION: A first control block 10 repeatedly executes AD conversion of a shared signal for each period Ta, and a second control block 20 uses, as synchronous timing, falling timing of an AD inhibition notification port P1 to be set and released in accordance with the execution of AD conversion of the shared signal in the first control block 10 to execute AD conversion of the shared signal for each period Tb on the basis of the synchronous timing. Consequently, the second control block 20 is prevented from executing AD conversion of the shared signal within a first required time when the AD inhibition notification port 1 is at an H level, that is, within a time when the influence of AD conversion of the shared signal by the first control block 10 remains.
