PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil antenna unit which is kept stable in the inductance value, restrained from deteriorating in the Q characteristic, and capable of restraining the electromagnetic shielding effects so as to improve the signals transmitted/received through the coil antenna in permeability. SOLUTION: The coil antenna unit 5 is equipped with a flexible and freely bendable magnetic sheet 1 formed of a mixture of soft magnetic powder and an organic binder, and is interposed in between a coil antenna element 51 equipped with a magnet core 11 and a coil 12 wound on the magnetic core 11 and a metal case or a metal-plated resin case 14 installed adjacent to the coil antenna element 51.
