PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device capable of holding a seat body in a using state with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This seat device 10 holds the seat body 12 in the using state, by checking the rotational movement of a seat back 20, respective recliners 26, a seat cushion 16 and respective first links 18 to a floor surface 14A, when the respective recliners 26 check the rotational movement of the seat back 20 to respective second links 32, and check the rotational movement of the respective second links 32 to the floor surface 14A by meshing of a first sector gear 36, a pinion gear 38 and a second sector gear 40 of respective gear mechanisms 34. Here, since the seat body 12 can be held in the using state by using only the respective gear mechanisms 34 besides the respective recliners 26 generally arranged in the seat body 12, the seat body 12 can be held in the using state with a simple constitution.
