PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility device management method and its system capable of suppressing the power consumption of a battery drive device such as a remote control. SOLUTION: The facility device management system comprises a plurality of facility devices 1, 2, and 3; a remote control 5 for operating the facility devices 1, 2, and 3, respectively; an ID memory 15 for storing an ID of the remote control 5 and each of the facility devices 1, 2, and 3; a distance determining portion 11 for acquiring a distance between the remote control 5 and each of the facility devices 1, 2, and 3, and selecting a facility device to output a singing sound based on the distance, and a memory 14 for acquiring an ID of the selected facility device from the ID memory 15 to store the ID.
