PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for discontinuous immunoassay capable of adjusting the migration speed of mobile phase of liquid specimen through the separated pad which is used for immune analysis such as immune chromatography, and separated into≥2 parts. SOLUTION: The device for immunoassay of this invention comprises: a 1st pad including specimen pad for receiving the liquid specimen; a 2nd pad separated from the 1st pad by a prescribed distance by which the liquid specimen is transferred; an upper case for covering on the 1st and the 2nd pads; a lower case for covering under the 1st and 2nd pads; and a connection part positions between the upper case and the lower case formed on either one of upper case or the lower case or more for forming the path for moving the liquid specimen.
