PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formwork plate for concrete with the so-called good peeling diversion nature, excellent in crack resistance and possible to be made to peel from a concrete cured material to be repeatedly used multi times, and to provide its production method. SOLUTION: The formwork plate for concrete is provided by forming respective coating films shown by (A), (B) and (C) on the surface of a substrate in the order of the substrate/a coating film (A)/a coating film (B)/a coating film (C), and its production method is provided. In the formwork plate for concrete, the coating film (A) is a filling coating film (A1) which is formed from a solvent type curing acrylic resin composition containing an acrylic resin with a curing hydroxyl group, an isocyanate type curing agent and an extender or a filling coating film (A2) which is formed from an aqueous emulsion composition containing the extender, (B) is an intermediate coating film which is formed from a moisture-curing type urethane resin composition containing a moisture-curing type urethane resin, a curing catalyst and a water absorbing agent, and (C) is a top coating film which is formed from a curing acrylic resin composition containing an acrylic resin, a curing agent and a color pigment.
