A holder for clamping of thin-walled bushings, which is executed as a face-plate, which is rigidly connected with the spindle of machine-tool by adjusting elements, a screw clamping spiral. To the face-plate the bushing is rigidly coaxially connected, which from the right side by its butt end is in co-operation with the face-plate, and from the left side -is closed by a lid, axis of which is coaxial with the axes of face-plates and bushing, in which evenly along the circle on external diameter, for example, three conical driving cog-wheels are set, axes of which are perpendicular to the axis of face-plate and which are in co-operating with the teeth of central cog-wheel, which is set in the internal diameter of bushing from the left end, axis of which coincides with the axis of spiral clamping spiral with possibility of circular scrolling. From the left butt end a central cog-wheel is in co-operating with the right butt end of face-plate with possibility of circular scrolling for a certain angle. Between central cog-wheel and lid a screw clamping spiral with closely wrapped turns is mounted, ends of which from both sides are bent for 90 DEGREE , in this case the left end is rigidly fixed in the central cog-wheel, and the right end - in the hollow of the lid.
