PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill pouch which is free from liquid leakage from a nozzle of the pouch, has a spout of the nozzle open to discharge only when a nozzle portion of the pouch is inserted deeply into an inlet of a bottle, is completely re-sealed with the pouch disengaged from the inlet of the bottle to prevent the liquid leakage, and is simple in structure. SOLUTION: The nozzle portion 6 of the pouch filled with a content liquid to be supplied into the bottle 10 has an open/close structure for controlling a flow and shutoff of the content liquid by opening/closing. The open/close structure includes two flexible walls constituting an open/close passage, which opens when the content liquid is supplied, to communicate with a liquid passage 16 opposite to each other and extending along the open/close passage. The open/close passage closes when the two opposite walls are brought into tight contact with each other and opens when an aperture occurs between the two walls.
