PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyphenylene ether resin composition capable of achieving a high flow property at molding despite the addition of a flame retardant. SOLUTION: The polyphenylene ether resin composition 1 containing a polyphenylene ether resin, triallyl isocyanurate, a powder with a high dielectric constant and the flame retardant. Here, the polyphenylene ether resin has a number average molecular weight of 2,000-10,000 and is converted into an ethenyl benzyl. The polyphenylene ether resin composition 1 contains, against the total mass of the polyphenylene ether resin composition 1, 5-30 mass% triallyl isocyanurate, 30-80 mass% powder with a dielectric constant of 50-3,000 and 3-12 mass% flame retardant.
