PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil removal system which can easily collect PCB insulation oil from a transformer, without causing secondary contamination by PCB, by methods other than those that form a segregation chamber. SOLUTION: The oil removal system consists of the transformer 1 which contains the PCB insulation oil in it, an oil collection case 11, and an oil removal apparatus 3. By connecting the oil exhaust port 6 of the transformer and the inlet port 12 of the oil collection case with an oil removal pipeline 14 of the oil removal apparatus and connecting a liquid supply port 7 of the transformer and an exhaust port 13 of the oil collection case by a gas return pipeline 15 of the oil removal apparatus, a closed circuit is formed. The PCB insulation oil is collected into the oil collection case, by driving a pump P on the oil removal pipeline; and at the same time, gas in the closed circuit is collected into the transformer.
