摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe agent for precipitating lees, capable of rapidly coagulating proteins and turbidity in an alcoholic beverage without affecting quality of the alcoholic beverage in a step for precipitating the lees of the alcoholic beverage. <P>SOLUTION: The agent for precipitating the lees contains a rice bran protein.
