PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete a selection of an input pixel required for image processing before a process prior to one pixel or more is finished, in an image process which processes an input pixel and generates an output pixel, thereby making the image process faster. SOLUTION: An image processing device for processing the input pixel and generating the output pixel, comprises an input pixel selecting means for selecting the pixel of the input image to be used for generating each pixel of the output pixel; an image processing means 15 for processing the selected input pixel, thereby sequentially generating each output pixel of the output image; a coefficient for processing the selected input pixel in order to generate data of the output pixel; and a parameter generating means 12 for simultaneously generating selection information of the input pixel for generating next output pixel data.
