PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment which enables an image necessary for a contrast-medium inspection to be loaded into memory with a limited capacity in an uncompressed form and, and an ultrasonic signal analyzer. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic equipment comprises the function of reading out a stored signal and performing image display or image analysis, after either of an image signal acquired by an ultrasonic inspection, wherein a reflected wave of an ultrasonic wave from a subject is received by transmitting the ultrasonic wave into the subject, and an original signal constituting the image is temporarily stored in a storage device. The ultrasonic diagnostic equipment comprises: a means for temporarily loading only some of the stored signals into the memory; and a means for performing at least either of the image display and the image analysis from the signal loaded by the means for temporarily loading only some of the stored signals into the memory.
