PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover tape having a sealant layer excellent in all of transparency, resistance to blocking and conductivity. SOLUTION: The cover tape 1 has the sealant layer 10 containing aπ-conjugated conductive polymer, conductive fine powder and transparent thermoplastic resin. The content of the conductive fine powder in the sealant layer 10 is 0.1≤and <10 pts.mass for the thermoplastic resin of 100 pts.mass. The conductive fine powder in the cover tape 1 is preferably made of at least one kind selected from a group of antimony-doped tin oxide, phosphorus-doped tin oxide, tin-doped indium oxide and antimony pentoxide.
