PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head capable of adequately maintaining a liquid ejection characteristic and obtaining a stable liquid ejection characteristic, and a liquid jet device. SOLUTION: A lower electrode 60 of a common electrode common to a plurality of piezoelectric elements is continuously formed over a portion around drawing electrodes. A first lamination electrode 140 formed of a layer identical to a first lead electrode made of a material with a thermal expansion coefficient different from that of the material of the lower electrode 60 and a second lamination electrode 150 formed of a layer identical to a second lead electrode are provided on the lower electrode 60 at the outside of a region opposite to the piezoelectric elements, and the first lamination electrode 140 is provided on the lower electrode 60 with a first insulation film 100 therebetween not to come into contact with the lower electrode 60. The second lamination electrode 150 is provided on the first lamination electrode 140 with a second insulation film 110 therebetween to come into contact with both of the lower electrode 60 and the first lamination electrode 140.
