PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing-pressure plate for fixation and a PC member which can prevent the occurrence of problems associated with the rust of a washer, which can introduce prestress with a high degree of efficiency, and which can manufacture the PC member of very high strength. SOLUTION: The PC member is constituted by a concrete member body 1, a PC steel bar 2, the bearing pressure plate 3 for fixation, and a nut 4 for fixation. The PC steel bar 2 is inserted through the concrete member body 1, and the bearing-pressure plate 3 for fixation is attached to the end of the concrete member body 1. Then the nut 4 for fixation is screwed against the end of the PC steel bar 2 which is projected on the outer surface side of the bearing-pressure plate 3 for fixation. Then the bearing-pressure plate 3 for fixation is constituted by a bearing-pressure plate body 5 and the washer 6. The bearing-pressure plate body 5, which is made of mortar of high strength, is attached to the end of the concrete member body 1, and the washer 6 is attached to the outer surface side 5b of the bearing-pressure plate body 5.
