PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for a marine hose capable of rapidly and correctly estimating the replacement timing of the marine hose. SOLUTION: A flange 12 for coupling marine hoses 10 has a strain gage 14 on its outer surface of a cylindrical part. One end of a signal line 19 is connected to a terminal connector 16, and information the strain gage 14 is transmitted to an information accumulation device on a single-point mooring buoy via the signal line 19. A computer is connected to the single-point mooring buoy, and the information transmitted from the strain gage 14 is taken into the computer. A fatigue degree of each hose is estimated based on the number of times in which stresses equal to or greater than a specific minimum set value has occurred inside the marine hose and on the magnitude of each of the stresses. Such pieces of information are displayed on a computer display screen, and the time of replacement of a marine hose is estimated based on the pieces of information. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
