A wall panel 20 having groove rails 23 and at least one pair of wall panels 21 and 22 are inserted between opposed groove rails 11, while plates 28 are removably inserted between opposed groove rails 15 and 23. An index panel 27 is attached to the pair of partition wall panels 21 and 22, while an end index panel 26 is attached between wall panel 20 and the third or fourth surrounding panel F 3 or F 4 adjacent thereto.
