<p>A polyurethane foam having continuously changing material properties so as to retain elements of gradient materials. Raw materials which give two kinds of polyurethane foams are foamed to integrally mold polyurethane foams differing in properties, without conducting any complicated procedure such as the elaborate control of reaction rate, introduction amount, etc., to thereby produce the target foam. The polyurethane foam is one produced by successively introducing into a given mold a first foaming material and a second foaming material which, after completion of their foaming/curing reaction, respectively give foams having different values of given properties, wherein the foams respectively obtained from the first foaming material and second foaming material are integrally mixed and the values of the given properties continuously change along the direction of the height of the mold.</p> |
