PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a dynamic pressure generating part at low cost with high precision by simplifying a forming process. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral face 2a1 of a raw material 2' is cleaned by one means selected from among acid cleaning, UV cleaning, and ozone cleaning before a printing process of the dynamic pressure generating part by an ink jet system. Here, the dynamic pressure generating part means a part for generating pressure by dynamic pressure action of fluid in a bearing clearance and includes, for example, a part composed of a plurality of channels and a projecting part for partitioning and forming the channels among each channel or a part constituted by arranging a plurality of circular arc faces in the circumferential direction.
