The membrane should be prepared, its length and external diameter being equal to the length of the defect and to the diameter of osseous fragments, and it is necessary to install it between osseous fragments, or the membrane the length of which is above that of the defect, and internal diameter corresponds to that of osseous fragments to introduce the ends of osseous fragments into it.
