PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a function for preferentially displaying a section including information which is highly significant for a user at a display part by releasing the user from any labor such as a scroll operation even in information equipment which is provided with only a small display part such as a portable terminal at the time of browsing a Web page. SOLUTION: In a portable terminal 10, the conditions of a part to be displayed in a Web page (for example, part including character string, image, text box, button and coordinate dot or the like) are prioritized, and stored in a storage part 14, and when the Web page is displayed at a display part 16 under the control of a control part 17, the part matched with the stored conditions given high priority is detected, and the detected part is displayed at a predetermined position in the display part by moving a display range.
