PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt fastener for preventing the occurrence of fastening failure caused by fastening a bolt in an inclined state. SOLUTION: A case 12 has a contact member 1 for correcting an inclination of the bolt 20 by contacting with a side surface P1 of a head part flange 21b when the bolt 20 rotates in an inclined state together with a wrench 11, a guide bar 2 connected to the contact member 1, a holding member 3 having a through-hole 13h for slidably holding the bar 2 to the case 12, and a spring 4 interposed between the holding member 3 and the contact member 1 and applying energizing force F toward the bolt 20 to the contact member 1. The contact member 1 is formed in a substantially columnar shape, and is provided with a tapered surface ta over the whole periphery of an edge part of its tip part 1a. This device 10 also has an adjusting stopper 5 capable of adjusting the length L up to the holding member 3 from the tip part 1a of the contact member 1, and the tip part 11a of the wrench 11 is constituted in an aslant cut inclined face.
