The managing device (20) includes: use state acquisition means (210) for acquiring a use state of the information processing device from the information processing device and converting the acquired use state into an index value; index value recording means (220) for recording the index value for each time band; time band selection means (260) for selecting a time band where the index value recorded in the index value recording means is equal to or above a predetermined reference index value, as a reserved time band reserved for executing the management program in the information processing device; and program execution instruction means (280) for executing the management program in the information processing device at the reserved time band selected by the time band selection means.
