PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of real-time positioning even if the number of vehicles increases by excluding a vehicle at a stop from objects of positioning by considering that a vehicle which requires positioning is a vehicle in a travel and even the vehicle at the stop is included in the system. SOLUTION: The radio communication system having at least one base station for further management making use of radio communication and at least one mobile station for making use of the radio communication is characterized in that the mobile station has a means of detecting the moving speed of the mobile station, a means of measuring the position of the mobile station, and a frame of movement information at the tail end of a polling cycle.
