<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone sealed LED which is unlikely to cause any crack in a silicone resin layer that is a sealant while taking advantage of excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, and color fastness of silicone rubber and silicone resin since a silicone rubber layer serves as a buffer layer between the silicone resin layer that is a sealant and an LED chip. <P>SOLUTION: The silicone sealed LED comprises the LED chip, a cured silicone rubber layer for covering the LED chip, and a cured silicone resin layer for covering and sealing the circumference of the cured silicone rubber layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
