<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital television broadcast system capable of obtaining the effect and function similar to those of digital television by utilizing existing network resources and to provide an authentication method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The digital television broadcast system is composed of: a digital video program database for providing at least one or more video program channels; a server end computer for digital video programs for managing an access to the digital video program database; a recognition table built up in the server end computer and provided with a recognition management mechanism; and client end computers linked to the server end computer via a network structure and capable of uploading and downloading data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
