SOLUTION: Distance A from a contact point "a" to an end part of a contact width is smaller than distance B between the contact point "a" and a boundary part 61a of a connection part 22 and a first main arc part 61 of a drive shaft 60 adjoining the contact point "a" when an internal contact gear pump having torque applied on the drive shaft 60 thereof is used.
