<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human resource development support system capable of performing a comprehensive evaluation with objectivity to task management. <P>SOLUTION: When a certain target is set, an evaluation point r is preliminarily determined from the difficulty or target achievement period or the like thereof, and the degree of achievement after the end of the target achievement period is evaluated as an evaluation point u, and further comprehensively evaluated z by adding evaluation points s and t by a supervisor and a subordinate. When the evaluations by the supervisor and the subordinate are largely deviated, the comprehensive evaluation point z is determined using the re-evaluated evaluation points s and t. By this, objectivity can be given to the comprehensive evaluation while eliminating the arbitrariness of the supervisor can be eliminated as much as possible.
