PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional device adapted to perform debugging by operating a monitoring task for monitoring internal memories of debugging object equipment in the debugging object equipment that since the operation order or operation timing of a program is differed between a debugging time and an actual operating time, the debugging of a function requesting real time property cannot be performed. SOLUTION: This debugging device comprises a communication part operated in the debugging object equipment to perform communication with external equipment connected thereto through a communication line, and having the function of accessing internal memories of the debugging object equipment; and a monitoring application operated on a PC connected to the debugging object equipment through a communication line. The monitoring application monitors the internal memories of the debugging object equipment through the communication part. Since the monitoring application is operated outside the debugging object equipment, the execution order or timing of the program is not changed between the debugging time and the actual operating time.
