PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving state measuring system, a moving device and a moving state measuring method simply and precisely measuring a passing time of the moving device in the moving state measuring system, the moving device and the moving state measuring method measuring information when passing the moving device. SOLUTION: This moving device detecting system is provided with moving devices 112-1 to 112-n moving on predetermined tracks 122-1 to 122-n set on a course 121, and a passing detecting device 111 provided on the predetermined course 121 and detecting the passing of the moving devices 112-1 to 112-n. This moving device detecting system is further provided with an identification means 311 individually identifying the moving devices according to identification information, and the passing detecting device 111 is characterized in detecting the passing of the moving devices 112-1 to 112-n and the identification information by detecting the identification means 311.
